HARVING AVOCATS is particularly concerned with respecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal data. It therefore undertakes to process personal data in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and in particular Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms (hereinafter the "Data Processing and Freedoms Law", in particular Article 32), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the "Regulation", in particular Articles 13 and 14).

The user is informed that no cookies are used on the site.

Data may be collected when the user browses the Site, sends a question via the contact form, submits an application or subscribes to news.

Data may be collected and processed in order to provide the services or information requested, respond to requests, process applications received, ensure and improve the operation and security of the site. The legal basis for such processing is the Cabinet's legitimate interests. Cabinet may also use data for communication purposes, sending documents, information and invitations to events. Cabinet keeps personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is to be used, or for such longer period as may be required by law.
Any data collected is for the exclusive use of Cabinet and may not be communicated to third parties, with the exception of Cabinet's subcontractors.

Data may be kept for a maximum of five (5) years from the time of collection or last contact with the Firm.
